Our 5-year panel – progressing mental health consumer advocacy and leadership in Victoria
We marked our fifth birthday on 12 October 2020 with an online event.
Speakers included Cath Roper, Consumer Academic and lecturer, Melbourne University; Dr Sudeep Saraf, Program Director, Alfred Health; Dr Chris Maylea, Senior Lecturer, RMIT Social and Global Studies Centre; Helen Makregiorgos, IMHA Manager; Louise Glanville CEO Victoria Legal Aid.
We reflected on our achievements and discussed how consumer rights and leadership can be progressed, even as we recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
